| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Multi-Release ERP Training Design & Development skills/background required
-Extensive Instructional Design/Training Development Experience
-Responsible for establishing the Training curriculum for assigned Process Area
-Accountable for the deliverables to meet the end user’s needs.
-Can make recommendations for improvements.
-Reports to Client Training Development Mgr, and partners with Training Mgmt team
-Works closely with Process Area teams, Process Owners and business SMEs to confirm the accuracy and relevancy of the curriculum
-Obtains approval and sign-off for curriculum, training, and performance support materials from designated stakeholders |
-Creates new content as needed, leveraging existing project documentation, stakeholder expertise, and personal expertise.
-Has experience with a variety of training Deliverables including: ILT, WBT, UPK, JA, Trng Environ, Practice Lab – and can closely integrate course learnings across the deliverables.
-Supports Audience Analysis – ensuring the delivery method and extent of content matches the audience’s requirements for learning how to do their job.
-Updates training content based on feedback from Super Users, RunSAP support teams, training survey results, Incident Tickets, Change requests.
-Has the ability to create measurable learning objectives and Knowledge Assessment questions.
-Creates course content that is process oriented with supporting task oriented job aids, UPKs, etc.
-Coordinates with Training Services team (QA/Standards and Publication) to achieve the successful completion of materials: quality and accurate content, delivered on-time and on-budget
-Provides feedback to Training Delivery team regarding availability of content in relation to Testing, Train-the-Trainer, and end user timeline
Meets deadlines for monthly/weekly RunSAP releases, Copy Exact project, Deployments in 2015.
-Partners with Change lead as applicable for development and execution of training materials
Has experience and understanding working with business roles mapped to the course curriculum.
Initial directives:
-Change team is reviewing all BRs. Once those are finalized, the training needs to determine impacts and make necessary changes.
-Curriculum is tied to BRs and needs to be a correct mapping.
Course Curriculum Baseline
-Document the course to BR to T-code mapping, current delivery method, related JAs
-Document current curriculum
Job Aid Consolidation
There is a large inventory of JAs created by both local and global teams. Some JAs are out-of-date, duplicates, etc. All JAs need to be reviewed and consolidated on BTTC (central location).
-Revise/Develop course content to align primarily with processes and support with task content
-Trng Srvcs team polishes and publishes
-Make recommendations based on role, criticality of content, etc.
-Create UPKs, JAs, Trng scenarios, etc to support process specific course content.
-Follow training maintenance and governance processes.

-SAP Trainer, SAP Instructional Designer, SAP CRM, SAP Marketing to Order, (Customer-Chargebacks, Settlements, and Workflows), Pricing, Vendavo, Sales Operations, Customer Facing Payments, Territory Design, Volum and Growth Rebate, Sales Incentive, Compensation Management
-SAP Trainer/Instructional Design experience
-SAP CRM Training/Instructional Design
-SAP Marketing to Order Training/Instructional Design
-Excellent communication verbal and written 10/10
-MTO and Sales Force.com - Marketing to Order and Customer Relationship Management using Sales Force.com
-Customer - POS and Chargebacks, Chargeback Agreements, Settlements, and Workflows.
-Pricing - Vendavo is the tool used for all tasks related to pricing.
-Sales Operations - Customer Facing payments, Activity-based claims and payments, territory design, Volume and Growth Rebate, Sales Incentive, Compensation Mgmt.
