| Duties & Responsibilites : | Oracle Middleware Administrator
- Provide middleware administration support for a Health Information eXchange.
- This stack involves supporting Oracle SOA suite, Oracle OPA and Liferay Portal.
- Candidate needs to provide day to day support, find innovative opportunities to stabilize and enhance the current implementation.
- Be an effective team member of the team, in supporting this healthcare exchange project collaborate, provide input and resolve issues.
- Provide operational support on the middleware product that comprises the current middleware stack.
- Support day to day operational ticket.
- Participate in performance tuning exercise, analyze root cause and recommend changes.
- Resolve New Relic identified environmental issues.
- Work with the development team resolving middleware issues identified by the development or build team.
- Use EM and OEM console effectively isolating issues.
- Develop trouble shooting methodology for Root cause analysis.
- Find opportunities to harden the current environments
- Keep leadership apprised of current issues.
- Implement future expansion request, disaster recovery, backup and restore .
Supported Middleware Stack:
- WebLogic 10.3.6 (Application Server)
- Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition) application server for Liferay, OPA and SOA Suite. OneGate provides pre-built artifacts that run on the aforementioned applications.
- Liferay 6.1 (Portal)
- Portal platform that provides a runtime environment for pre-built OneGate portlets. Liferay includes basic web content management features to create and manage static web content.
- Oracle (OPA) Determinations Server 10.4.2 (Rules Engine)
- Oracle web application that provides a web service interface/framework for the OPA rules engine. OneGate provides pre-built rules that run in OPA and are used to provide eligibility determinations to the customer.
- Oracle SOA Suite 11.1.1.6 (SOA)
- SOA platform that provides a suite of products to manage and run services. OneGate provides pre-built service composites that orchestrate business processes among the Portal, Rules Engine, and Case Management components.
- Oracle OSB
- Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) / Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)/ Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
- Siebel 8.2.2.2 (Case Management)
- Enterprise case management solution that provides robust and streamlined features for caseworkers and Exchange staff to manage and process eligibility and health insurance information
Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- 5+ years’ experience with administering Oracle Fusion middleware products.
- 5+ years’ experience with installing and integrating Oracle Fusion middleware products;
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
