| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Person must be detail oriented. This should come across/read on the resume and they must be able to demonstrate that/give examples during interviews
- Person must have hard core administrative task experience
- Person should be able to pick up on stuff quickly – so taught once and they get it
- Customer focus / obsession. HR is very customer oriented (as is Audible as a whole) but they have to be very focused to helping the Audible employees and team members
- Must be comfortable and organized dealing with new hires. So they have to exude confidence and manage all the high touch points to make the experience great for the new hire (or potential new hire). We need their excitement to flow over to get the new hire excited
- Must be able to do multiple tasks/multiples stages at once.
- Must be able to keep up with the team and handle the administrative tasks within the process/workflows of the different team members
-This role provides high volume customer service and data management support for Clientemployees and successfully partners with other HR team members, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and business operations.
-Responsibilities include efficiently maintaining employee data including, but not limited to employee data management (new hires, transfers, pay rate changes, etc.), leave of absence administration, and separations. Being able to work independently and with great accuracy are critical for success in this role. Administrative tasks around on boarding and off boarding will be included

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent work experience and education will be considered
