| Duties & Responsibilites : | Develops tests plans, test scripts, test scenarios to measure the response times of key product features. Some of those tests are conducted at specific load levels with specific levels of concurrent activity to predict system scalability bottlenecks, system resource consumption, and comparison results of systems under test to desired levels of system performance.
-Measure response times of key product features
-Conduct load test at various levels of concurrent activity
-Provide advice on practical solutions to scalability targets-Compare application performance and report results
-Provide performance benchmark documentation of candidate releases
-Work closely with development, engineering, architecture, network, and IT to define performance requirements
-Provide guidance and support of performance test activities as expected by senior team members
Requirements:
-Heavy performance/load test experience 5+ years
-In-depth knowledge of HP LoadRunner/Performance Center
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of HP QTP is a PLUS-Experience with developing and running large scale performance tests for varying data and user loads-Knowledge of performance monitoring tools is a PLUS-Open Systems technologies/environments
