Duties & Responsibilites :	-This can be extracted from the SOW or from an existing formal job description if one exists -The Storage Administration Team will be responsible for the following: -Operating and running the new CDOT environment while JPMC personnel are trained, including: -Backup and recovery, monitoring and reporting request fulfillment -Trouble support and case resolution -Storage provisioning/de-provisioning -Preventative maintenance (i.e. firmware updates, proactive monitoring of the storage estate in an effort to avoid incidents) Supplier will transition the day-to-day operational support to the JPMC operations team - Providing reports for demand trending and capacity planning purposes - Must have extensive experience with the administration and connectivity of UNIX and Windows systems to NetApp storage
