| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Expert knowledge of SAP HCM EEC 6 Organization Management.
-Will need to help build and maintain organization management related tasks incuding setup of organizational structures in SAP.Organization management (SAP PD):
-Simple maintenance, detail maintenance to create hierarchies including corporate and personnel structures.(jobs, positions, tasks, etc.).
-Expert knowledge of HRP1001 and all objects and relationships.
-Experience with maintenance using online transactions.Knowledgeable about PA and PD integrationl and familiar with cost accounting and cost distribution.
-Capable of examining existing org structure, jobs, positions, relationships to determine updates based on basic input information.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.o 10+ years experience required with SAP HCM
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
- Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
- Maintenance to create hierarchies including corporate, and personnel structures (jobs, positions, tasks, etc.) |
