| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Must have leadership, ETL and CRM experience as stated below.
• Assume lead role in executing the developed QA strategy for the CRM Implementation project
• Ensure deliverables within the established time commitments with quality by coordinating project teams/resources
• Provide input/direction to the Quality Assurance effort to the project team by coordinating QA resources and participating in project team meetings.
• Provide input/direction to offshore QA team members
• Coordinate work efforts of offshore testing resources
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gain understanding of the business processes and functional requirements supported by the CRM Application and peripheral applications
• Provide support/expertise to testing teams of business users.
• Report Quality Assurance status with to project management via status reports and meetings
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-8 years in Software Quality Assurance
• Experience with all types of testing such as functional, system integration, acceptance, data integration and performance
• Experience implementing Package Software Solutions
• Previous experience testing CRM applicaitons
• 3 years experience leading Quality Assurance testing teams
• Previous experience leading offshore testing resources
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to deliver to schedules, as well as work with and incorporate input from other areas
• Familiarity with Software QA methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
Notes from the Manager:
- We’ve got an upgrade to a package coming where we’ll need to validate the Informatica feeds as well as validating the package functionality.
- The package supports government projects and cost accounting for these projects, including time, expense, billing, and financial reporting.
- As part of this effort, we will be setting up the functionality in a cloud VM and creating a reusable regression test suite.
