*Position : SAP XI-PI Developer Location : Pittsburgh, PA Duration : 12+

*This person will need to travel to Germany occasionally over the 1 year
contract period for my client here in Pittsburgh, PA, so this person HAS to
be able to work/travel to Germany to the client’s headquarters
occasionally. *

*Description of Duties/Responsibilities*
- Strong experience in Designing and Configuration of SAP PI
- Application Design to understand business needs.
- Thorough understanding of Integration Builder(Repository and
Directory), Integration Engine, Runtime workbench, Adapter Frame work and
ccBPM configuration and development.
- Strong hands-on experience on data mapping using XSLT, Graphical and
JAVA mapping
- Develop and maintain PI Proxies, Interface definitions XSDs\DTDs
- Extensive knowledge of communication formats for both EDI and XML
transformations.
- Experience in developing user defined functions as required.
- Experience in error monitoring and alert configuration.
- Experience with SAP PI System Landscape Directory
- Experience with working EDI ANSI X12 using Seeburger EDI adapter
.
*Technical Skills *
- SAP XI \ PI 7.11
- extensive hands on development experience
- Enterprise Service Repository
- Integration Directory and Runtime workbench
- Performing root cause analysis and providing solutions for
production issues.
- Experience in message monitoring and trouble shooting
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PI PROXY & adapters(File, FTP, SFTP,HTTP,
JMS , RFC SEEBURGER, JDBC)
- Knowledge of *SAP PI integration with SAP systems*
- Knowledge of Seeburger Message Tracking and Seeburger EBXML adapter
- Knowledge of Edifecs Spec builder.
- Knowledge of Seeburger BIC mapping tool.
- Environment*: SAP PI 7.11 *
- Knowledge of SAP Idoc processing
*Other Position Requirements*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or
related field, plus 4-6 years applicable business experience
- Well organized, results oriented and able to tackle difficult problems
with minimum supervision
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work within
cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills with
the ability to recommend alternate solutions and accurate estimates
- Ability to execute assignments of medium to high complexity without
being given complete details on the required solution
- Ability to perform comprehensive unit and integration testing with
limited supervision
- Strong organizational, verbal & written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative with excellent
follow-up skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to learn new and potentially complicated business processes
- Travel to Germany
