| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Investigate what can be done in a short amount of time; contact supervisor to call meeting of interested parties to work out what the most critical user needs are and implement them.
-Analysis of complex data and situations including identification and evaluation of alternatives. May be some intangibles, uncertainties or missing information to consider.
Essential Job Functions:
- Implementation – Responsible for the implementation, development, and installation for the Dynamics CRM (CRM) and website portal design and development.
- Training – Responsible for providing training to users in Dynamics CRM. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up, configuration, overview, and modifications of the systems. Also maintains records, creates procedures and reports.
- Application Support – Troubleshoots and resolves application issues and errors in CRM. Writing and maintaining advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, new developments, views, etc.
- Security and Maintenance – Routinely secures and maintains the Dynamics CRM and related product and applications.
- Other Duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Need 5+ years’ experience of Dynamics CRM experience
- Must be familiar with Scribe Software Integration and have working knowledge of Great Plains. |
