Develop, create, and modify software for distributed control system on a product. Develop real-time embedded control system software and Windows/Linux based application software. Maintain and develop embedded control system software and Linux based application software. Generate software requirements, design documents, interface control documents and unit test plans. Adhere to Client’s SDP (software development process). Work with complex hardware interfaces in a real-time environment. Write software requirements, detailed design documents, develop and perform unit testing of real-time embedded or application software. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Utilizes graduate-level research and analysis skills. *Qualifications* *Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Education or experience must include: 1. Experience in developing kernel software on RTOS and Linux; 2. Experience in developing and testing embedded control software using C, C++, bash, Python; 3. Experience in relational database such as PostgreSQL; 4. Knowledge of OO Design and UML to design control systems, especially in real time environment; 5. Developing complex hardware interfaces in real-time OS and Linux; and 6. Experience in networking protocol TCP/IP and serial communication. *Skills in priority: * *position1* 1. C++ (must) 2. Socket programming 3. Python 4. SQL/PostgreSQL (nice to have) 5. Linux (CentOS preferred) 6. RPM, driver and kernel work. *Position2* 1. C/C++ (must) 2. Socket programming 3.
