| Duties & Responsibilites : | - A subject matter expert in ServiceNow with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow. - The candidate should have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow. - We are looking for a diverse candidate with experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMS; with technical proficiency in _javascript_ and workflow development. - Must also have strong communication skills able to define and develop requirements. Years of Relevant Experience: - 3 to 5 years Preferred Education: - 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
