Duties & Responsibilites :	This Position is also open for Plano,TX and Denver,CO Locations Required Experience: -At least 3 years of IT/SI experience with strong Telecom domain knowledge, processes and standards in BSS/OSS space. -Operator experience is highly valued. -At least 2 years of experience working in a similar OSS Solution Architect role -Practical experience in some of the following OSS sub-domains is required: -Service Assurance (Fault management, Performance management, Trouble Ticketing, etc.) -Service Fulfillment (Provisioning, Inventory Management, etc) -Plan, Build, Optimise (RF planning, configuration, optimization) -Domain Management (Element Management using multivendor element managers) -Experience in the integration of solutions which include a variety of OSS vendor products (e.g. Netcool, Netcracker, Oracle, SevOne, MetaSolv, etc) Professional/Technical Competence: -Exceptional telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, OSS/BSS concepts, etc), -Exceptional knowledge of the OSS domain and sub-domains therein. -Knowledge of eTOM, NGOSS, TAM, ITIL, TOGAF and SID framework for designing solutions for service providers is desirable References in designing and implementing customer OSS processes, systems, and operations strategy is desirable
