Must be able to work independently . Experience working in a team oriented environment . Experience working with multiple team members (BA, Developer, DBA, System Architect, PM) . Well organized with great attention to detail . Great communication Skills . Can adhere to tight deadlines and due dates . Prepared and prompt to any and all meetings . Familiar following a SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) . Data Migration experience a plus .
