*Position : QA Analyst with Credit Card Exp.* *Duration: 6 Months Location : Wilmington, DE* *Phone and F2F or Skype (Local highly preferred) (credit card background check will be there)* *Skills Required * - 5+ years experience in the *Credit Card industry, working in multiple departments* - Prior experience in Credit Card Operations; Marketing, Fraud, MIS Reporting, Collections - Knowledge of Credit Card industry rules/regulations - Understanding of the Customer experience with their Credit Card provider - Knowledge of Credit Card products, payments, rewards, etc - Some experience with Quality Center (QC) - If experience testing Tsys, look for Validation, Pricing, or Rewards *Requirement:* · QA Testing experience · Experience working in the financial industry · Excellent written and analytical skills · Problem solver who fosters collaboration · Out of box thinking · Self-motivated, quick learner · Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness and end user impact. · Strong organization and work prioritization skills · Proven ability to work independently *Position Description:* - Responsible for all phases of the Project Delivery Process (PDP) and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and testable. - Create and execute detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements. - Support the product development process, including capacity planning, budget tracking, monitoring testing standards and procedures, team member training. - Responsible for Test Strategy/scripts walkthrough with Project Leads. - Maintain document template libraries and internal project documentation and all verification and validation activities for all Production modifications including projects, releases, and changes.
