| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Remote-MUST SIT IN THE MIDWEST OR WEST COAST
- Candidates MUST sit on the WEST COAST and must have documented experience with overall Payroll Systems Implementations in one of the following Technologies – ADP Payforce, ADP Autopay, ADP Enterprise (ev4/ev5) or ADP Vantage (payroll).
- Client is looking for an ADP Implementation Consultant for a remote assignment with 20-30% travel. Candidates should be skilled in the full lifecycle implementation of ADP Enterprise, EPS, Payforce or Autopay.
- Candidates MUST have documented experience in requirements gathering, functional specification design, hands on configuration, creating test scripts/executing UAT testing for new client implementations.
- ADP Vantage HCM is a fully integrated application that provides our clients best of breed services including Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Time, and Talent Management.
Analysis & Consultation:
• Conducts project initiation activities.
• Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs-Responsible for development of design documents.
• Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort
Configuration / Integration:
• Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
• Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data Validation
• Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.-Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.
Project Planning:
• Participates in establishing and monitoring of client implementation schedule and report status to Project Team members.
• Prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones.
• Ensure issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve.
• Bachelor's Degree; 5-8 years of experience
• Overall knowledge of multi-service project interdependencies and Benefit Administration
• Strong knowledge of all core business products, skilled in implementing multiple ADP products.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Experience in relevant industry, as Benefit administrator and/or with system implementations
