| Duties & Responsibilites : | - The Sales Reporting Application Support team has an exciting opening for someone to join an energetic team in providing support for applications related to Sales Reporting and Corporate Reporting. - As a member of this reputable team, you’ll have a hand in helping to deliver high-profile data that becomes the company’s primary summary of sales, the Red Stripe report, as well as the list of monthly leaders listed in the Field-facing newsletter, Columns. - Experienced and patient team members are eager to train a new team member today! Experience in client/server environments and databases is required. - Experience with any of the following is appreciated as well: Unix, Java, ETLs, web-based technologies, and reporting. Core Responsibilities: - Work towards becoming a subject-matter expert for Sales Reporting by sharing the support of batch and UI components with team members, acting on priority issues, and participating in technical bridge calls as needed Handle Incidents and Problems in a timely manner while following proper - Service Management processes Weekly and monthly reporting of SLA metrics Maintain the test environments by ensuring the proper setup of data and configuration and by building test functions for any new testing needs Participate in scheduled client, team, group, and division meetings Assist in identifying and driving system improvements Required Skills: Java,J2EE |
