- Demonstrated experience as a strong Senior front end developer for large user base
- Strong development experience with web application framework and _javascript_ frameworks like jQuery ,DHTMLX, YUI, GWT, iFrames
- Strong development experience with Custom Tag development, JSP, servlets, Data Formats (e.g. JSON, XML)
- Strong development experience with HTML (XHTML, HTML4, HTML5),CSS (2.1, CSS3, etc.), Ajax
- Strong experience with XML technologies such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT
- Prior experience with Debugging Tools (e.g. Firebug), Cross-Browser / Cross-Platform Development
- Prior experience with automating web application testing using tools
- Prior experience with wireframe/layout web application
- Strong experience with Usability and Accessibility, Internationalization / Localization
- Strong experience with performance optimization using tools such as PageSpeed
- Prior experience with Document Object Model (DOM), Cross-Browser Bugs and Inconsistencies (primarily IE8-9), Version Control (Subversion),HTML5 APIs, Functional Programming
- Have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical
- Candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment and staying updated with the emerging technologies and trends

Education / Level of Experience
- Master's Degree (MS) + 4 years of experience; or
