Duties & Responsibilites :	Senior J2EE Developer -Knowledgeable in all aspects of designing and constructing J2EE  systems and developing system requirements and design specifications, and J2EE -Coding  for new and  existing applications. -Ability to work with business leaders and analysts to understand  functional and non-functional requirements while crafting a technical solution leveraging company and industry best practices and standards.  -Must have strong technical expertise in the J2EE environment, Tiered architecture, Relational Databases (DB2) and Web development, and object-oriented methodologies, Object Relational Mapping solutions such as Hibernate, IBATIS.  -Good understanding of the Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services Component Architectures, Websphere platform, Websphere Portal, RSA. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: -Coding in JAVA/J2EE, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JSTL Required 6 Years -JAVA / J2EE Patterns Required 6 Years -OOD, UML Design Required 6 Years -HTML/_javascript_, CSS Required 6 Years -Webservices Highly desired 6 Years -WAS, RSA 7, ClearCase, Clear Quest or other IDE Desired 6 Years -(DB2), SQL, Database Knowledge Required 6 Years -JSF Required 3 Years -MVC Required 5 Years -JSP Required 6 Years -XML Required 6 Years -Websphere Highly desired 4 Years MQ Series Required 5 Years INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person
