| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The selected resource will be responsible for analysis and trouble shooting of Aging Block Grant and Finance Reporting System (PFR) on the AS/400 platform (CL, COBOL, Screen Design).
- Although the contractor’s primary responsibilities will be to monitor/maintain the PFR and Block Grant System he/she will also work on other Dept of Aging initiatives as time permits.
- In addition, this contracted resource will be used to ensure operational coverage of the AS/400 applications during planned and approved absences greater than 2 weeks.
Required Skills:
- AS/400 Support Experience Required 3 Years
- AS/400 COBOL Programming Experience (this is specific to COBOL programming experience on the AS/400, NOT mainframe COBOL) Required-3 Years
- AS/400 Control Language (CL) experience-Required-3 Years
- AS/400 Database Management experience- Required- 3 Years
- AS/400 Online Transaction Screen Design & Implementation experience-Required-3 Years
- Microsoft Excel (versions XP and Office 7)-Desired-2 Years
- Microsoft Office XP - Office 7 Suite- Desired- 2 Years
- Outlook for email correspondence-Desired-2 Years
- MS Visual Basic 6 / Visual Basic 8-Desired-2 Years
