Duties & Responsibilites :	Local Candidate Preferred: VDI Admins, who can assist with providing 3rd level support for VDI users. Candidate should have a strong background in: - Citrix XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.x and 7.x - Citrix Provisioning Server and StoreFront functionality - Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 - Active Directory/Group Policies and Citrix Policies - SysTrack monitoring/reporting tool - AppSense product suite (Application Manager, Environment Manager, etc.) - Incident and Problem management Candidate Must have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with end users.
