Duties & Responsibilites :	- Accountable for planning, installation, deployment, provisioning, coordination, communication, documentation and support of the systems infrastructure, hardware and software in order to support business applications. - Deliver services by meeting the strategic objectives of the organization including service management, risk management, and project delivery. - Specifically, provide hardware and software support for Enterprise Directory, CA Identity Management and other Security Administration infrastructure and software. - Build and configure Enterprise Directory, CA Identity Management, Auth Minder and Risk Minder environments. - Provide ongoing administration functions including scripting, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. - Provide administration consultation for Business Application teams. - Provide on call support for 24x7 Systems availability on a rotation basis. Follow core workgroup and organization processes including the following: - ITIL Framework. Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management processes. - General Service Level Management processes and documentation.
