Duties & Responsibilites :

-Provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users . 
-Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems of users. 
-Strong communication skills; both written and spoken. 
-Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the DOE helpdesk . 
-Report issues to the Business or OIT for escalation.
-Previous experience with Local, State, or Federal government a plus.

OS:  Windows and Apple

Advanced skill 
2-3 years of experience.
PROGRAMMING LANG/DVLPMT TOOLS:  MS Office - advanced knowledge - 2-3 years of experience.
HARDWARE:
DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS: 
FRAMEWORKS/SLDS/METHODOLOGIES:
QA/TESTING-APPROACHES, APPS:
