Job description
•Development experience in Remedy applications from version 6.3; preferably in AR Server 6.3, 7.1, 7.5.
•Development experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.1 onwards.
•Good understanding of AR Customization, Workflows, AR Server logs, Escalations, Filters ,Webservices, DSO
•Good understanding of tools – AR Admin , ARImport Tool
•Should be able to configure and install mid-tier.
•Should have worked on Remedy AR System Installation and Upgrade from 6.1 to 7.5
•Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
