Duties & Responsibilites :	The Email Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for the content and link quality of our clients’ email and mobile campaigns. - Conducting thorough QA checks on assigned client projects at several production stages. QA checks include copyediting email content for grammar, spelling, and client-specific style; checking email link functionality; cross browser email rendering; and reviewing mailing setups in eBay Enterprise’s proprietary content management tool. - Following QA and email best practices, identifying problem areas, and suggesting and implementing improvements. - Creating and updating client documentation. - Understanding project objectives and schedules. - Participating in project and team meetings. - Fostering open communication with fellow QA associates and other key stakeholders, onsite and across all our locations. - Actively seeking to foster the client relationship through effective communication and expectation setting - Striving for 100% quality execution with regard to pre-mail and post-mail campaigns through quality assurance and testing - Performing automated campaign monitoring Required Qualifications and Experience: - 2 years’ copyediting and proofreading experience, preferably in the digital sphere (experience with e-marketing materials a plus). - At least 1 year of experience within a client services environment. - A proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
