Job Title : Organizational Change Management (OCM)/ Training Analyst

Duties & Responsibilites :

- Training is a key initiative for PSS Integration Program and is required to ensure users have the tools and skills required to perform their jobs effectively.
- The Training Analyst provides support to the PSS Integration Organizational Change Management (OCM)/ Training track by monitoring the development and implementation of key training initiatives across the business areas impacted by PSS and provides training support for business areas that need it.
- The Analyst regularly meets the identified business area and reports their progress.
- The Analyst may be asked to create a training strategy and plan. This position reports to the Track Lead – OCM/Training.
• Assess training needs for identified business areas and created a training plan and calendar
• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
• Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
• Consult with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
• Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
• Create a communication plan to inform employees about training options
• Map out training plans for individual employees
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, web-based training, videos and on-the-job coaching
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Track and report on training outcomes
• Provide feedback to program participants and management
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
• Maintain employee training records
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
• Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Keep current on training design and methodology
• Introduce training best practices concepts
• Monitor and report on training progress for business areas; identify risks and issues and escalate as needed

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or Training & Development, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, Technical Communications, or similar discipline required.
Work Experience
• Minimum of two years of experience with Adult training and/or Professional Development
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and writing skills
• Relevant computer skills
• Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
• Knowledge of instructional design
• Knowledge of training methodologies
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Knowledge of competency assessment

Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work.
