Role: Monitoring Engineer
Location :St. Louis MO /Atlanta GA
Duration: 12 months
Skills & Technologies:
•Consultant should have in depth knowledge of the HP BSM/BAC suite of products
•Extensive hands-on experience in enablement, administration and customization of the Business Service Management products
•Consultant should be proficient in creating and customization of complex Dashboard Views on business requirements
•Should be able create new data sources to feed external data to the Dashboard
•Create and apply custom business rules, entities for status calculation and propagation
•Troubleshooting various BSM, BPM, RUM and sitescope related issues
•BSM integration to various other Netcool, telalert, Sitescope and other tools
•Configuring the Transaction, Profiles, Agent, End User Group
•Deploying new BPM Agent, RUM Probe, RUM Engine, BPM installation, VuGen
•Soft / Communication skills
•BSM certifications NOT mandatory but would be added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
•experience in BSM/RUM
•Interaction with User/ Customer
•Good understanding of operational business process HP-Sitescope
