Background should include *risk management, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and defining risk requirements for business and technology team*. 2. Ability to lead cross functional teams, facilitate work sessions, drive consensus, produce business deliverables and business process maps. 3. Knowledge of *regulations, policies, and standards applicable to Customer Identity Management*. 4. Enterprise or multi-channel/ business leadership a must. 5. This person will also help mature the current CIM risk Assessment, define KRI’s and help lead risk assessments. 6. This person also needs to know MS Office and Excel exceptionally well, conduct research, network with stakeholder entities/groups and leadership, understand process management and design, and understand a big picture but deliver concise business documentation. 7. Knowledge of State Farm’s project methodology and *SharePoint* experience is desired.
