Description Of Services: Purpose of Position The IBM WebSphere Commerce Production Support Analyst will be a member of a B2C eCommerce / B2B eCommerce / Portal implementation team responsible for implementing WebSphere Commerce Enterprise for Business to Consumer and Business to Business (B2B) to support end consumers as well as distributers and dealers. Primary responsibilities are support for business users, including Internet Marketing department and Call Center. This role requires strong communications skills as well as skills required for problem analysis, case documentation and case resolution. Candidate must have strong knowledge of WebSphere Commerce functionality and the data model. Candidate will work with business teams and core development team on problem analysis and resolution. Required Skill Minimum of 4 years of experience with full life cycle implementation of WebSphere Commerce Enterprise Minimum of 4 years of experience in 2 or more of key subsystems in WCS (Trading, Catalog Management, Order Management, Member Management subsystem, etc.) Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing and/or supporting the Extended Sites model and the different store models within the framework Minimum of 3 years of experience using Web 2.0 designs and technologies Strong understanding of the WCS runtime framework and WCS data model Experience with Management Center PL/SQL Nice to have Skills Experience with responsive user interface design Experience with Sales Center module Experience with Staging/Authoring Server Experience implementing WebSphere Commerce internationally Understanding of fulfillment logistics using WebSphere Commerce Experience with payment integration and processing Consulting experience Bachelor Degree Deliverables: Process Flows Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility Participate in data conversion and data maintenance Provide best practice and industry specific solutions Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
