| Duties & Responsibilites : | LEX (logistics execution) SAP Trainer
• Client is looking for an SAP Training resource with experience in logistics execution that can start in mid-October on a new engagement.
• Candidate should have experience with multi-release ERP Training Design & Development skills
• Should have SAP experience specifically with knowledge of warehouse operations (to support EWM), Transportation Management - rates, routes and freight billing (to support TM) and global trade services (GTS)
• Candidate will be responsible for establishing the Training curriculum for assigned Process Area
• Will be accountable for the deliverables to meet the end user’s needs.
• Will make recommendations for improvements.
• Candidate will work closely with Process Area teams, Process Owners and business SMEs to confirm the accuracy and relevancy of the curriculum
Obtains approval and sign-off for curriculum, training, and performance support materials from designated stakeholders
• Candidate will create new content as needed, leveraging existing project documentation, stakeholder expertise, and personal expertise.
• Has experience with a variety of training Deliverables including: ILT, WBT, UPK, JA, Trng Environ, Practice Lab – and can closely integrate course learnings across the deliverables.
• Should have specific experience developing material for hands on, day in the life training - for example the training curriculum for a warehouse operator requires a simulated warehouse environment with handheld devices and a system that can be quickly refreshed to allow the client to redo their steps multiple times until they are comfortable with the process.
• Candidate will create course content that is process oriented with supporting task oriented job aids, UPKs, etc.

-Must have SAP training experience with UPK and have experince with logistics execution and transportation management
