Duties & Responsibilites :	-The Home Loans Centralized Reporting team is in searching of an experienced Tableau Developer to help build out dashboards as part of a balanced scorecard initiative. -A successful candidate will have experience in Tableau and other Business Intelligence platforms and should be able to demonstrate the ability to design complex dashboards and integrate data from multiple data sources independently as well as with the guidance of clear requirements. -Key skills include: -2+ Years of Experience in Tableau -2+ Years of Experience in Business Objects or another BI Platform -5+ Years of SQL Experience (Needs to be a SQL star! Preferably in Teradata and SQL Server.) In addition, the candidate should possess the following competencies: 1. Able to work independently. 2. Demonstrated ability to deal with white-space problems. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions to ensure a report or dashboard truly solves for the customer's need. 5. Should be able to easily understand the SQL code of others, performance tune the code, and implement in to a report.
