| Duties & Responsibilites : | REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-3-5 Years of relevant experience in project management of business analysis
-Experience with PCI Compliance Standards and Implementation
-Strong documentation, presentation and facilitation skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Experience working with technical staff and business users at all levels of the organization
-Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, excel and other project management tools
The Project Manager follows the standards, methodologies, polices and processes established through the Banks Project Management methodology. The PM role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines; business process modeling, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and bank operations. In addition, the Project Manager needs some background in Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards for one of the large projects that they will be assisting in.
Required Knowledge/Skils
(Excellent organization skills, etc.) and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java, Cobol, etc.)
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience in project management of business analysis
- Experience with PCI Compliance Standards and ImplementationÙ Strong documentation, presentation and facilitation skillsÙ Strong written and oral communication skills
