Job Description: Our Cloud Reliability Engineering team is looking for a Sr Cloud Engineer to help us improve the availability and reliability of our very large OpenStack Cloud. In this role, you'll immediately join a dedicated team of seasoned Engineers, and have a broad range of Cloud-centric areas to work in, including compute, network, storage, and operations. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of engineers spread across multiuple sites, helping make our private Cloud world-class. Bring prior experience with Cloud technology and be eager to start contributing on day one. · Work as a Cloud engineer on the cutting edge in-house private OpenStack cloud (C3/Connected Commerce Cloud) · Work proactively on defects and come up with innovative solutions to fix them to improve reliability and availability · Work with senior engineers on the team on new C3 deployments, upgrades, and retrofits · Help with documentation efforts to improve C3 usability · Provide L2 support to internal C3 customers · Provide alert monitoring and response · Provide reliability monitoring and response *Job Requirements * · 7+ years of experience programming in one or more of the following.
