Duties & Responsibilites :

Client is looking for a Java Developer with BPM experience to design and develop application prototypes, utilities, frameworks, and solutions across multiple environments using agile and waterfall full life cycle methodologies.

IBM BPM Developer
- Java, IBM enterprise BPM tool
-
 Develop enterprise workflow solutions using IBM Enterprise BPM Tool
- Work individually or with development teams to deliver workflow solutions
- Design and develop application prototypes, utilities, franeworks, and solutions across multiple environments using agile and waterfall full life-cycle methodologies (requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation)
- Consult with business units to gather technical requirements and develop design specifications for business process automation
- Produce specifications and design documentation including process flows, “current state” and “future state” descriptions/models
- Participate in internal design reviews and code reviews; perform unit testing and conduct system testing
- Assist with and provide input to implementation and operational plans. 
- Create project work estimates and work breakdown structures
- Prioritize and resolve project issues, escalating when appropriate

Required Experience:
- Must have strong verbal, written, and English language skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all customers and all staff
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in designing and implementing BPA solutions
- 5+ years combined experience of SDLC experience using agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience with IBM Enterprise BPM Tool
- Proven experience writing reports, technical documentation ,and effectively presenting to customers
- Must have problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop functional specifications
- Ability to work on problems of limited scope and conduct analysis of business processes
- Ability to work independently to complete project activities; possessing initiative to address issues and opportunities
- Ability to implement solution and identify operational or management issues
- Aqualogic experience preferred
