| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Data Integration and Reporting Solution Architect with design, development and delivery experience in Informatica, Oracle and Business Objects.
• Data Modelling and Data Analysis experience plus
• Good understanding of Informatica PWC capabilities must
• Experience with reporting tools other than Business Objects also acceptable
• Need to be able to create Technical Design documentation based on identified data flows from SAP plus other Transactional/Master Data Source Systems into Oracle repository
• Understanding of Informatica Error handling and Data Quality (Not IDQ but RI type rules control framework
• Knowledge and understanding of processing data across multiple platforms and experience with large-scale projects are essential.
Required Experience
• Demonstrated experience in information technology, programming languages and operating systems.
• General knowledge in programming methods and procedures, documentation procedures, program flow charts and operator instructions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a client server environment involving PC/Windows, databases, and UNIX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-service and team leadership
Qualifications
• 5+ years - Informatica Power Center with some skills in advanced transformations
• 5+ years - Relational database with strong SQL skills
• 5+ years - Data Warehouse ETL workflow design and implementations
• 4+ years - Informatica version 9
• 2+ years - Informatica performance tuning
• 2+ years - Informatica Data Transformation/Complex Data Exchange
• Experience in LifeSciences industry a plus
