*Send resumes to* *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Position: TeamSite Admin* *Location: Atlanta, GA* *Duration: Long term* Job Description: *Addition to JD: basic knowledge of ATG will help, only from the perspective of how integration can happen.* *Essential Job Functions:* • Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, servers, and applications to meet business needs. • Coordinates hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company policy. Recommends resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates the implementation of the approved course of action. • Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved. • Oversees the installation of client department-specific applications and systems. Ensures installations are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; determines revisions or updates to installation as needed. • Coordinates testing, upgrades and configuration of system files and services. Ensures changes are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; recommends revisions or changes based upon results. Prepares for and prescribes approaches to possible downstream implications. • Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes. *Qualification: * • At least 3-4 years’ work experience with HP/Autonomy suite of products (Teamsite/LiveSite/MediaBin), particularly 7.x • Proficient in HP/Autonomy foundational concepts, TeamSite branching strategies, FormsPublisher & SitePublisher component/ template design, Workflows, Security, Open Deploy deployment architectures for static and dynamic content publishing, and SitePublisher/ LiveSite capabilities such as Taxonomy, Dynamic Content Delivery, and Targeting. • Good understanding of end- to- end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, delivery processes, TeamSite Search and MetaTagger. • Proficient in JAVA, XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML, and client/ server- side scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl and TeamSites FormAPI. • Experience in Work Flow development utilizing both WFT development and TeamSite Workflow Modeler • Experience in processing for backing and restoring content store • Experience in diagnosing error message with log files • Experience in configuring file virtualization in TeamSite • Experience with CGI-Perl & Open Deploy. • Lead server administrator for Teamsite/LiveSite (Dev, Stag & Prod environments) • Level 3 Incident Troubleshooting and problem resolution • • Lead and mentor Level 2 support team • Provide technical/customer support for Teamsite platform Server process administration (for example backing store maintenance, server patching processes, planning server upgrades, etc.) • • Develop workflows to automate Teamsite administrative tasks Domain registration Website and server configuration set-up, including but not limited to domain registration, web instance creation and enhancements, Teamsite branch configuration, etc. • • Work closely with Networking team to configure load balancer, firewall and DNS for websites • • Co-Liaison with HP/Autonomy and other product vendors as needed • Lead ongoing health and maintenance support for Teamsite/LiveSite platforms • Help develop Change Management for small/medium requests • • Ability to apply operational processes that include best practices in change management, release management, testing, quality assurance and administrative support.
