*Role: Scrum Master/PM* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration:- 12+ months* *Job description:- *1. Leading the scrum team and ensure the scrum process is running 2. Close co-ordination between PO, team and management 3. Work as interface between business and technology 4. Daily monitoring and tracking of the progress of team’s deliverable in Scrum tool like Rally or VersionOne towards successful Sprint completion 5. Reporting and communication on risk, issues, challenges, achievements, success, failure, improvements etc 6. Ensure quality of the deliverable 7. Conduct retrospective meeting and take actions on improvements 8. Resolve team’s conflicts in daily basis Experience with Agile tool like Rally or VersionOne.
