| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Perform Current State analysis • Identify control points for Recon • Problem Analysis, Gap Analysis and Perform RCA • Establish Future State – Short Term and Long Term Solution • Implement Process Enhancement • Implement Recon DB , consolidate data and Data Cleansing • Develop ETL Process • Develop Reports : Recon Reports, Compliance Reports and Adhoc Reports Day to Day Responsibilities: • Analyze existing System and Databases and Stored Procedures • Analyze existing System Process • Document Database Standards • Participate in Business Meetings • Involve in Analysis and Design Activities to Build Recon and ETL Process • Develop Procedures and Functions • Develop Queries • Develop Adhoc – Reports • Perform Unit Testing and Document the Test Result • Provide Status Update on assigned Tasks REQUIRED SKILLS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline with over 7 years of experience working with Oracle. • Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL. • Hands on developer capable of developing stored procedures and functions. • Experience in Data Analysis and Data Consolidation • Exposure to ETL Process • Should have experience in developing reports and must be familiar with reporting tools • Should have strong knowledge with relational databases • Must be familiar with Unix Shell Scripts • Experience in developing and setting up batch jobs in Unix • Knowledge of the Healthcare Domain is a plus • Ability to analyze functional needs and come up with technical design of quality technical solutions • Must be familiar with creation of Technical Design Documents • Creates, documents and implements unit test plans, scripts and test procedures • Should be comfortable in both a Unix and Windows environment • Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently. • Strong communication skills |
