| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Technical lead and development role to support the PeopleSoft HR systems environment
- Design and develop PeopleSoft solutions and interfaces for Human Resources
- Define and deliver PeopleSoft technical solutions and assist with production support activities
- Work with HR business partners and technology teams to document PeopleSoft business requirements, design/develop and implement standard and custom solutions
- Coordinate user acceptance andintegrationtesting and the migration of code to production
- Support existing HRMS application/interfaces
- Provide dataintegrationsolutions with PeopleSoft App Designer, write PeopleCode, SQRs, SQL, Data Mover Scripts, Application Engine Programs, Component Interface,IntegrationBroker, PS Queries
REQUIRED SKILL:
PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
Qualifications:
· 7+ years of progressive PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional experience with ability and knowledge to develop interfaces and custom applications/enhancements in a PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 environment
· PeopleTools 8.51 / Oracle Database
· 5+ years of previous experience in developing and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS modules that include, Benefits Administration, Workforce Administration, Manager Self-Service, Payroll interfaces
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or higher version
· Strong Application/DataIntegrationexperience is required
· Ability to write and debug PeopleCode, SQRs, SQL, XML, XSLT, Data Mover Scripts, Application Engine Programs, Component Interface,IntegrationBroker, PS Queries, Oracle Database
· Knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleSoft security
· Ability to work independently is desired
· Ability to effective multi-task is essential
