| Duties & Responsibilites : | Technical product manager position to support the development of front end top of funnel pages on mWeb and Desktop (browser based experiences) of StubHub.
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of web products for mobile devices(Android)
• Develop mobile products and services that provide significant value to the customer, are unique, and remove friction from the transaction process
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, mobile operators, the developer community, and device manufacturers
• Develop new mobile experiences with tight integration into online, social, and digital offerings
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction based on various country, operator and device combinations
• Collaborates with the business, design, and engineering teams during discovery to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features
• Specifies, prioritizes, and communicates high level and detailed product specifications using written specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases as well as user experience generated deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes and design and copy documents
• Manages partner relationships, identifying necessary and/or desirable third-party features; evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating agreements and contracts, and managing partnership integrationRequirements
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field with 2+ years of work experience; hands on experience developing mobile web products will be considered in lieu of technical degree(s)• Understanding of the mobile user experience (e.g. pricing, technology, user behavior) and variances within international markets
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups
• Experience with a variety of web and client-side mobile platforms, including BlackBerry, Android, iPhone
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
• Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
• Must be proactive, results driven and have a track record of execution
• Ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional wisdom
