| Duties & Responsibilites : | REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILL:
- 7+ years’ experience as a Software Developer building mission critical production applications.
- 6+ years’ experience developing on J2E platform.
- 6+ years’ developing products using JMS messaging technologies and experience with middleware technologies such as Tibco EMS.
- 5+ years’ experience with XML, Binding and Parsing.
- 3+ years’ experience with Weblogic or similar application servers.
- 3+ years’ experience with Build and Deployment tools.
- 4+ years’ experience with Relational Databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- 4+ years’ experience using Object Oriented Programming techniques and a formal software development lifecycle.
- 4+ years’ experience building applications as part of a team environment.
- Excellent overall communication skills.
Technology Requirements
- Proficient in JDK 1.5+ and supporting technologies
- TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), JMS Enterprise Experience( Queues, Topics, Bridging, Multi-Region), Websphere MQ Series
- Build and Release Tools (Subversion, ANT, Maven, JUnit)
- Web Services (SOAP, XML, WSDL, REST)
- Frameworks (Spring and DROOLS)
- Tooling: Eclipse, Subversion, Oxygen XML Editor
- Basic knowledge of LINUX commands
- Weblogic (a plus)
- Proficient in Database Management SystemsUDB DB2 9.5 / Oracle 10g / Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (a plus)
- Proficient in Relational Database Analysis, Design, and Performance Tuning
- JAVA Certifications a plus
