-Eagle PACE is the Enterprise Investments Data warehouse for Client.
-It supports the production of Marketing Collateral, Website content, Client Statements and reports for internal clients such as Portfolio Managers.
-Client uses Eagle data marts extensively to support these functions. We use Cognos for internal reports off the data marts.
-Candidates for this position develop business requirements, functional requirements, and work with internal clients on testing.
-This candidate will also be responsible for development of Eagle uploaders, field attributes and data mart configurations.
-Candidates will work on projects and production support.
The Client team works very closely with the Client investments team and candidates should expect a challenging but rewarding environment that provides opportunity for growth in the finance industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop business requirements
- Develop functional requirements
- Design investments data solutions
- Research issues by: using the Eagle Pace screens, reviewing logs and data files, and by running SQL
- Perform unit and integration tests, as well as support UAT testing
- Familiarity with the Eagle PACE data warehouse and data marts
- Experience working closely with business partners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work on multiple assignments, work independently and prioritize
- Develop uploaders
- Data mart configurations
- Best data rules
- Setup workflows
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in asset management technology
- 2+ years with Eagle PACE
- Strong SQL Skills, Oracle preferred
- 2+ years testing
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Informatica or equivalent ETL tools
- Autosys or equivalent enterprise scheduler
- Cognos or equivalent report writer
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. |
