*Duration : **6 Months* *Qualifications:* *Job Description:* The candidate for the above captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:- Targeted Project(s): To help across several areas including the functional side of Blueprint, UDI, Document Management (for Quality) and future roll-outs. Definition of Work to be performed: - Aid the functional team in ensuring successful definition of scope and executing project tasks - Work with current functional resources and other PLM team members to ensure integrated designs and to maintain the general philosophy of how our software meets the business’ needs. - Experience with the challenges of digitizing paper ECO systems preferred - Participate in gathering and documenting proper requirements and as-is process flows - Base understanding of Agile PC (Changes, Items, AML) and PQM. - Understand typical ECO, NPI and supporting business processes to adequately communicate with customers - Understand the base architecture of Agile and the security model to adequately communicate with technical liaisons - Perform functional gap-fit with existing design - Work with internal team and PMO to accurately identify “must haves” versus “nice to haves” to scope can be quickly analyzed and frozen for a given initiative - Identify functional synergies between projects and with existing design to ensure a cohesive, global Agile rollout - Work with technical team members to translate functional requirements into technical requirements - Participate in system integration testing as necessary as an independent auditor of technical design - Assist in the authoring of test scripts, work instructions etc. where needed in accordance with IS compliance or company quality assurance standards. - Organize and facilitate validation activities with users - Help manage teams of end users to properly manage and track key project milestones, such as ensuring that training, sop authoring, etc. occur within needed timeframes - Properly document all functional aspects of a project – updating existing functional specifications, requirements documents, trace matricies, etc. - Support training, cutover and hypercare aspects of a project to ensure a successful deployment. - Provide regular status; escalate issues, schedule slippages, etc. when appropriate in a timely manner - Other related tasks that fit in with the successful deployment of given projects. In general, would prefer 4+ years experience, with at least 5 significant deployments in the given area of expertise.
