Please go through the job description below and share your interest. *Job Title:* Senior/Lead Portals Administrator *Location: *Louisville, KY, US *Duration: **Longterm* *Qualifications:* Education and/or Experience required (including certifications): - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. - *7+ years’ experience/knowledge of IBM Portal Server architecture, components and tools (Web servers / Plugins – IIS/Apache) – (Dev tools XML access and Jython scripts) *- *Demonstrated experience with Java support, tuning and troubleshooting. Preferably within an IBM AIX Unix environment.* - *Strong experience in developing and maintaining Portal applications.* - *Proficient with JSR168/286 portlet standards. J2EE developer with working knowledge of J2EE frameworks*. - Ability to lead development teams and provide support and mentoring to other developers. - Strong experience in installing and configuring IBM Portal in a clustered environment for highly scalable and high available application. - *IBM Websphere/Portal performance analysis (thread/heap dumps), system testing and JVM Heap tuning using IBM ITCAM for Java or Dynatrace - preferred. *- Strong experience in Portal development, syndication, configuration and Content management in WCM preferable IBM. - Strong experience in managing and maintaining all production and non-production Websphere Portal Applications and Servers in regards to automated deployment strategy/scripts, change management, monitoring tools, security/policies, deployment management and operational support. - Must have demonstrated ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others and strong teambuilding and project management skills. - Must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, results orientation, customer focus, effective communication skills, and a win-win approach to problem resolution. - Plans and coordinates their own work and/or team’s work activities to meet commitments and quality expectations. - Establishes and sustains trust and confidence in the infrastructure components and services required to deliver enterprise-grade applications.
