| Duties & Responsibilites : | This client is in the Financial Services industry and this work will be SOX compliance related.
- Work requires experience working with high volume, high transaction applications (100,000 lines of code)
- Python development experience in Object Oriented languages ++, Java (no framework)
- TCP/IP, asynchronous communication
- SQL and database programming (Oracle a plus)
- High availability, high performance and high transaction processing environments
- The complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) including writing requirements, implementation, testing, technical documentation, and deployment of software applications
- UNIX/Linux experience including scripting (Bash)
- On the application side looking for strong backend, transactional system, high volume and oracle stored procedures
- Experience in payment industry, encryption technologies is a plus
- 10 year (s) of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Required Skills:
Python, java and scripting experience
Please Note:
· Need to know how to hard code Python, no framework coding.
· Needs to be able to code at least 100,000 lines, larger projects
· Must have high transaction processing experience
· On-site is a must as they will be working in a team environment |
