| Duties & Responsibilites : | Support RCM (Retail Chain Manager) for Dynamics AX 4.0
- Customize or modify RCM integration with Dynamics 4.0 as necessary. Hands-on with RCM Integration module
- Trobleshoot and resolve issues originating from POS (Point of Sale)
- Work closely with Dynamics AX Analyst to resolve transaction integration and distribution and issues
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Microsoft Dynamics AX
-AX upgrade
-Oversee System Development Life Cycle for AX Development (gather business requirements, design, develop, prototype, test, implement, performance management)
-Dynamics AX application development coding and functionality expertise
-Dynamics AX subject matter expertise
-Maintenance of the existing application as well as new development as we expand the use of AX
-System performance management
-Maintenance and support of integrations with 3rd party systems (E-Commerce, Warehouse Management, CRM)
-SQL Database performance optimization support
-Must meet the following minimum requirements:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-2+ years experience with Retail Chain Manager for Dynamics AX
-Or, 2+ years of Dynamics AX Retail Management System and Point of Sale system experience
-5+ years of experience in technical development and integration
-3+ years of technical development experience with the MS Dynamics AX platform/technology stack
-2+ years of experience leading or managing teams involved in technical implementations and/or development projects employing Dynamics AX
-Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement system enhancements
-Knowledge of SQL and experience working with SQL Server databases is desired
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Target/deadline driven
PREFERRED SKILL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent major
-Formal training and/or certifications with Microsoft Dynamics AX
-Project participation in an AX upgrade project from AX 4.0/2009 to AX 2009/2012
-Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Associates ILS/Scale preferred)Familiarity with E-Commerce systems built on the Microsoft .NET framework |
