Data warehousing concepts (Dimensional data model vs. transactional, OLAP vs. OLTP etc). At least 5 years of Health Care related experience is a plus specially in implementing and modeling Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Data. Working knowledge of SQL Server 2012 is plus Experience with Patient Health Information data and encryption and decryption technologies Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data modeling experience. Good understanding of Bill Inman and Kimball architectures. Working with Data semantics and Business Data ,so they can design and articulate business rules and validations as it applies to data. Data dictionaries and Designing Meta data. Understanding about the data quality. Entity Relationship (E-R) modelling, Data flows and interfaces and Enterprise Data Sources. Experience working with the modeling tools.
