Duties & Responsibilites : -The candidate will provide help desk services 
-They will setup users, reset passwords, inactivate/update users.  They will also conduct portal training for new users and update technical documentation for the end user. 
-Enter customer Opt-outs into the IHIN, they will run activity reports as neAttention to Detail

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Attention to Detail Required 3 Years
-Communication Skills Required 3 Years
-Phone Skills Required 3 Years
-Experience with User Training Required 3 Years
-Experience using a ticket tracking system Required 3 Years
-Experience with working with a Vendor troubleshooting a 3rd party application Required 3 Years
-Experience creating user documentation (training manual, cheat sheets, etc) Required 3 Years
