Technical/Functional Competencies
- Thorough understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid problem solving and issue resolution skills.
- Strong working knowledge of project life cycle and version control.
Experience and Certification
- Five or more years of MicroStrategy development experience, with hands-on experience in MicroStrategy 9
- Five or more years RDBMS/SQL experience preferable Oracle and/or Netezza
- Excellent understanding of MicroStrategy Desktop Designer, MicroStrategy Web Professional, MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, MicroStrategy
NarrowcastServer, MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager
- Experience with MicroStrategy SDK, a plus
- MicroStrategy Certified Developer
- Working knowledge of dimensional data warehouse design (ROLAP)
-Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (Java, C/C++).
- BS in Computer Science/Math/Finance/Marketing or equivalent work experience
