-Salesforce.com Developer will work on client projects to develop and maintain Salesforce.com and Force.com applications.
-Our ideal candidate will have strong enterprise business application development and systems integration experience.
-Because this role is customer-facing, the Developer must be able to communicate well with clients who have varying technical abilities, as well as with other members of the Salesforce team.
-Quality is critical, as is an ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable.

Specific Job Duties
• Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com development platform
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
• Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com, Apex components and integration to other third party solutions in a team environment
• Assist in the management and support of the Salesforce.com CRM application
• Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, campaigns, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
• Must demonstrate solid business communication skills, analysis skills and good interpersonal skills and be able to mentor motivate other team members
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com development; including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc…
• 2+ years of Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce development
• Solid knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
• Salesforce.com Certification is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schema is required.
• Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to configuration, performance, integration, etc.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools |
