About Job:
Our Client's Prime Portfolio services technology is seeking a Senior Java
developer to assist in maintaining and developing application supporting Prime
Brokerage data warehouse and processes that support structured desk products
flows for Tri-party, Arranged Finance, and Rehypothecation.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal clients and team manager to understand needs, define
requirements and provide business process automation ideas and solutions.
Participate in the design, architect, develop, release and maintain the data
warehouse and applications for structured desk.
Interface, as necessary, with other IT teams in the delivery of product.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5+ years of Banking / Financial Services experience.

Minimum 7+ years of Java, Spring/Hibernate, SQL and databases (Sybase or
Oracle).

Drive to learn and contribute

Data Grid and high-performance multi-threaded application design and
development a plus
-
Business knowledge for various finance processes Arranged Finance, Tri-party is
a plus.

Tibco, JMS or MQ messaging
-
Experience of agile development methodologies, e.g. Scrum
-
Team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good understanding of modern technologies.

Good collaboration and influence skills
